Oude Westhof is part of Cape Town's Northern suburbs. It is mainly a residential area consisting out of approximately 600 single residential and group housing homes, as well as a small commercial component. Oude Westhof was originally a wine farm owned by the Malan family. In the late nineties Oude Westhof was developed as a residential area and has grown significantly over the years. Oude Westhof has a lot to offer like Durbanville wine route and Tygervalley. Yet it is only twenty five minutes from Cape Town and within easy reach of medical, educational, shopping and sporting facilities.
